Welcome to A Crazy Wonderful Life! I started this blog a few years ago with the intention of sharing my passion for writing. Since then, my dream has evolved into cataloging all of the things that I do as a modern-day homemaker and all of the fun things that I do with my family! I’ll share our life events, both small and large.
First of all, I’d like to share a little about myself. I am a mother of three wonderful children, two boys and one girl, and a wife to my high school sweetheart. We are both full-time teachers, and we live on a farm in a small town in the deep South. I would stay at home and homestead in a heartbeat if I could! I love reading, traveling, and doing all the mom things with my kids! My boys are eight and my daughter is four, so we are starting to enter the years of running from one event to the next, and I am here for it! My boys play the big three sports: football, basketball, and baseball, and my daughter takes dance and gymnastics. We are on the go all the time!
I believe that I am so passionate about my family for two reasons. Reason number one is that I was created by God to be a wife and a mom. That is my true purpose and calling. Reason number two is that I struggled with infertility for seven years before finally getting pregnant with my boys. I cried and prayed for them for so long, and I will never take them for granted. I want to make the most of every minute that I have with them and their sister.
